Sep 1 Living Room Inspo

As we have recently moved into our new home, I am in full fledge decorating mode. Before I go crazy buying random pieces I see, I have created this vision board to ensure I have a cohesive and well designed space. Of course I am open to spontaneous inspiration (perhaps a flea market find), but I like having a game plan.

My overall vision is to predominately use a modern black and white colour scheme warmed up with accents of saddle leather, woods, metallics, textures, and splashes of colour to infuse life into the room.

Some of the items below I already own, some I plan to save up for and someday buy (hello budget!), and some I plan to either DIY or find a less expensive alternative. For instance, I swoon over these Tom Dixon copper candles, but at a whopping $80 I cannot justify spending that much!
